I could characterize almost all current solutions from Shanling with the phrase "adult sound". Yes, their level is noticeably different, but the presentation itself or, if you like, the character, fully corresponds to this phrase. The hero of our today's review, the Shanling UA3 mobile DAC, was no exception. It boasts a new AK4493SEQ converter, balanced and conventional outputs with a power of up to 211 mW into 32 ohms of load, support for DSD and PCM formats with parameters that are simply cosmic today, a built-in signal level control and, of course, the presence of a rich application in terms of functionality to everything there is finely tuned to fit your own needs.
